Satan - Prince of Darkness

Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub, the Devil...known by many names, he was the once-favorite angel who fell from grace. Cast out from Heaven, he became mankind's tormentor, vowing to destroy the creation of his former master.

From the Biblical tale of his fall to the incredible stories of those who believe they have crossed his path, this documentary takes us on a chilling journey through the long and legendary history of Satan. Scholars, historical experts, and theologians examine classic paintings, academic texts, and modern movies for an unprecedented look at the many ways Satan has been portrayed throughout the centuries.

Satan - Prince of Darkness paints the ultimate portrait of the face of evil, and reveals how over millennia the Devil has come to personify mankind's greatest fears.

So from documentaries on atheism to documentary about this on Easter. I guess you really don't like religion that you would take any opposing side.

@Anonymous
You see it is like this...
Atheism is not offensive to me because I do not believe in the unprovable. I take any side that reflects truth through reason.

It simply didn't occur to me that cristians would be offended by a doco about satan on easter...because I am not religious.

No matter what someone does in life...someone else will be offended by it. Don't let me spoil your easter...just watch something else!

Nice MYTH documentary...however i felt that the narration on the documentary was too matter of fact like it was based in reality and not just a nice bedtime story. This might confuse some ppl...

I agree, I would like to see more on how and why this myth was created not just the fairy tale itself. I bet it was a very powerful political tool back in the dark ages and that would be a really interesting story to see a documentary about...

I was not offended nor am I particularly religious, nor do I take concretization of good and evil serious.

I was just curios I thought that you tried to make some point, cuz I find devil concept highly ridiculous and jet I am I guess somewhat more religious than you.

Any Christian wankers (or any religious monkey for that matter) whining about this or any documentary ought to keep their indoctrinated faces shut tight, bloody bible thumpers.

They're always feeling offended when they shouldn't be, weak minded oafs.

I agree that the concept of Satan or god for that matter is a tool used to control ppl..it just stands to reason, an individual is smart but PPL are dumb and panicky..its the herd mentality..a neccessary evolutionary instinct for survival of the species. Why would god make a wager with satan in the JOB myth when presumably, being god,he already knows the outcome...or is the concept of man's free will is a limiting factor to god's omnipotent powers,in which case god is not really god or just plain MEAN! God should hv just said to satan..trust me this is what JOB is gonna do and ure wrong!

The thing is that most people don't understand concepts like God and religion, especially guys like Richard Dawkins or Carl Sagan and even catholic church.

The moderator of this blog should put some documentary by great intellectual Joseph Cambell who is totally ignored by this hypocrites like Dawkins. Cambell explained meaning of myths and god(s) and why they exist.
