OD4U Link Removal Policy

OD4U does not stream, host, communicate or make available content of any kind. The videos that OD4U links to are hosted and shown from a wide range of third party broadcaster, video streaming and TV network websites.

Any videos shown on third party websites are the responsibility of those sites and not Online Documentaries 4 U. We have no knowledge of whether content shown on third party websites is or is not authorized by the content owner as that is a matter between the host site and the content owner.

If you are the copyright owner of the video on the third party site that this page links to and you have not authorized it for publication then please report this link to us immediately for removal. This can be done by following the guidelines on our Link Removal Policy.

Online Documentaries 4 U is not responsible for content of external internet sites. Online Documentaries 4 U is not responsible for the availability of such third party web sites. The content of such third party web sites is beyond our control.

We neither endorse, make any representations nor accept any liability (whether direct or indirect) for such third party web sites or their content, products or services offered at those web sites, or by their sponsoring companies.


Link Removal Policy

Online Documentaries 4 U takes matters of Intellectual Property very seriously and is committed to meeting the needs of content owners while helping them manage publication of their content online. It should be noted that Online Documentaries 4 U is a simple collection videos available at a wide variety of third party websites.

Any videos shown on third party websites are the responsibility of those sites and not Online Documentaries 4 U. Online Documentaries 4 Udoes not host any content on its servers or network.

Online Documentaries 4 U is a pro-DMCA website and as such Content Owners can use the DMCA protocol to request removal of links to videos that they believe infringe their copyright.

Content owners must understand that by having a link removed from Online Documentaries 4 U they will not be removing the actual source video from the 3rd party site. Content owners must contact the video hosting site themselves to request removal.

Please do not send DMCA requests asking for entire categories or shows to be removed. We only accept requests for an actual link to be removed. This should be in the format as follows:

Once a link is removed we will blacklist that URL so that it may never again be posted to Online Documentaries 4 U.
